Oil-free screw blower is a new type, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection air blast equipment, widely used in sewage treatment, pneumatic conveying, fermentation, desulfurization and denitrification and other fields. The working process of oil-free screw blower includes three stages: suction, compression and exhaust:

1. Suction process: When the screw rotates, a sealing studio is formed between the convex and the groove of the screw, the intake valve is opened, and the gas enters the studio through the intake pipe.

2. Compression process: With the rotation of the screw, the volume of the studio is gradually reduced, and the gas is compressed.

3. Exhaust process: When the volume of the studio reaches the minimum value, the exhaust valve is opened and the compressed gas is pushed into the exhaust pipe
