1.High-efficiency centrifugal impeller
● The impeller material is made of high-strength forged aluminum or titanium alloy, which has strong deformation resistance. It is not only light, but also consumes very little power.
● Each model of impeller design has undergone long-term bench experiments to ensure that its aerodynamic performance is efficient and reliable. The impeller variable efficiency can reach 85%, and it has passed the 115% overspeed test.
● The frequency conversion adjustment method is adopted to cancel the guide vane adjustment, the starting current is smaller, and the adjustable range of the blower is wider.
● The impeller is directly connected to the shaft, and the power transmission efficiency is 100%.
2.High-speed permanent magnet motor
● Shandong Huadong Fan Co., Ltd. uses high-efficiency permanent magnet motors with an efficiency of more than 95% and can perform precise speed control. It uses a minimized design and high speed air cooling to achieve high motor efficiency. Air cooling is more reliable than water cooling, and operation and maintenance are simpler, ensuring safe and continuous operation of the equipment.
3.Airfoil bearings
● Airfoil bearings use air buoyancy instead of lubricating oil, and use the surrounding air instead of lubricating oil, so they can operate at higher temperatures and higher speeds. The advantages of airfoil bearings are flexible startup and low-cost operation, no mechanical friction, no need for lubricating oil, no vibration, less noise, and long life.
● When the blower is started, the bearing and the shaft are in contact, which is a friction contact. When the take-off speed is reached, the bearing and the shaft are non-contact, frictionless, and the rotor is in a suspended state.
